Formulations. Versions. Quality. Centrally managed.

Digital formulation management for food manufacturers – from ingredient lists to production parameters.

Recipe management that eases everyday production

Our software covers the entire lifecycle of an industrial recipe – from the initial ingredient list to the approved production version. You document allergens, quality parameters, and changes centrally in one place.

Central ingredient and recipe database All raw materials, supplier data, and recipes are stored in a structured database. You maintain master data once and access it in every new recipe version – without duplicate entry.
Complete version history Every change to a recipe is automatically logged: who adjusted what, when, and why. You can see at a glance which version is currently approved and which is in progress.
Allergen and labeling data directly in the recipe Allergens are stored per ingredient and automatically transferred to the product labeling. This way, you meet legal requirements without having to manually check every batch.
Production parameters as part of the recipe You store temperatures, times, pH values, or stirring speeds directly in the recipe. Production always works with the currently valid parameters – no more outdated work instructions.
Approval processes for quality standards Recipes go through defined approval stages before they enter production. Quality management and production can always see which version has been reviewed, approved, or withdrawn.
Audit-proof documentation for Austria and the EU All recipe data, changes, and approvals are stored in a tamper-proof manner. During audits or traceability requests, you have the complete history immediately available.

Basic

Ingredient Management

Central management of all raw materials with supplier data, batch numbers, and expiration dates. Ideal for businesses looking to digitize their ingredient lists and replace manual Excel spreadsheets.

Standard

Recipe + Versioning

Complete recipes with quantities, processing instructions, and a seamless version history. Every change is logged and must be confirmed by a second person before approval.

Professional

Allergen & Labeling Module

Automatic allergen detection based on the stored ingredient data. Creates the foundation for packaging prints and meets the requirements of the Food Information Regulation without extra effort.

Enterprise

Production Parameters & QA

Production parameters such as temperatures, pH values, and stirring times directly in the recipe. With target/actual comparison, deviation log, and interface to batch documentation for quality management.

Each package can be expanded later. The modules build on each other, so you can start with ingredient management and gradually grow into complete production documentation.

Why businesses rely on our recipe management system

Overview of solutions

We developed Food Process Intelligence for the daily work in food production facilities – not as an abstract system, but as a tool that brings recipes, ingredients, and production parameters together in one place. Instead of working with spreadsheets and email attachments, you keep every change under control.

Versions instead of chaos Every recipe change is saved with a timestamp and the editor's name. At a glance, you can see which version is approved and which exists only as a draft.
Allergens automatically in view Allergen data is maintained directly in the ingredient list and flows automatically into labeling and documentation. No more manual transfer.
Quality parameters directly in the recipe Temperatures, pH values, stirring times – you store production parameters where they belong: with the recipe. This makes the specification the basis for every batch.
Tested in Austrian production facilities Our customers are mid-sized food manufacturers who work daily with audits, supplier data, and changing raw materials. The system is designed for that.

Frequently asked questions about digital formulation management

Answers to questions we encounter in practice

How long does it take to implement the system?

The basic version is usually productive within two to three weeks. The key factor is how many existing formulations you want to migrate and whether interfaces to your ERP system are required. We support the rollout with training for your production and quality teams.

Can we migrate our existing Excel lists?

Yes, that is the most common starting point. We import your existing formulations, ingredient lists, and parameters directly from Excel or CSV. We check the data for completeness and point out gaps in allergen labeling or batch references before the data is released.

How is allergen data kept up to date?

Allergens are stored per ingredient and automatically applied to every formulation that uses that ingredient. If a supplier changes their specification, you enter the new information once—the system immediately shows which products are affected and need to be re-reviewed.

Who is allowed to modify and approve formulations?

You decide which roles are allowed to make changes and who grants approval. A typical setup separates product development, which edits formulations, from quality management, which gives final approval for production. Every change is logged with a timestamp and the editor's name.

Does the system work without an internet connection?

For production, we offer an offline function. Formulations and parameters are mirrored on the device so your employees have access to the currently approved versions even during network outages. Once the connection is restored, all changes are synchronized.
