You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipe data, ingredient lists, and allergen information you enter. Compliance with food law regulations, in particular labeling obligations, is your responsibility as the manufacturer. We merely provide the technical infrastructure and do not assume any content review of your data.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss exists only in the case of intent or gross negligence.

We regularly back up your recipe data and take appropriate technical measures to protect against unauthorized access. However, the ultimate responsibility for securing your data lies with you. We recommend regularly creating your own exports of your recipes and ingredient lists.

We may adjust these terms with reasonable notice if required due to legal or technical developments. You will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner. Use of the platform can be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, you will receive your data in a common format.
